The Legal Service is mainly responsible for:

Reviewing draft decisions for the attention of the KESB
Responding to complaints (at the administrative and federal courts)
Recording minutes and participating in hearings
Legal assessment of questions relating to legal measures (power of attorneys, living wills, etc.)
Special legal clarifications (e.g. financial assets, inheritance law, real estate law, contract law, etc.)
Legal advice to KESB members
Legal support to auditors
Legal clarifications for the Zug Mandate Center
Legal consultation by phone
